Welcome to the Golf Qigong – Injury Recovery Program
Prepare your body before every round.
This masterclass introduces a structured warm-up and stretch sequence designed specifically for the golf swing.
Taught by Master Shi Yanxu, these methods have been used by professional golfers and executives worldwide to improve mobility, coordination, and consistency—before they step onto the course.
How does this apply to golf?
When your Qi is in balance, your mind and body are in balance. This program, designed by Grandmaster Shi Yan Xu, has only been available through private lessons and has helped many golfers throughout the years. The Qigong movements in this package of lessons are specifically designed to improve your golf swing and score card and are available for the first time online. You won’t believe the difference just 20-plus minutes a day can make if you commit to taking on this challenge for 21 days.
The Shaolin Tradition
The Masters’ philosophy on health sees Qi as the driver of our biological cycles. We learned in high-school biology that the body renews and regenerates itself each month. In the Shaolin tradition, Qi travels and nourishes our body throughout this cycle. As life inevitably takes its toll, our meridians experience blockages. In this video series, we will show you how to read these indicators and understand how they relate to your overall well-being.
By applying the essence of Shaolin discipline to the game of golf, this series of movements and lessons can improve your swing and lower your handicap. By combining the physical craft of Wu Shu (Martial Arts) with the mental practice of Zen Buddhist Meditation, Qigong, translated by each Chinese character, is “Energy Practice.” Through this 1,500-year-old series, we hope to show you how to recharge and modulate your Qi, observe your energy levels, and eventually, improve your golf game.
Qi for a Better Golf Swing
We are under constant stress and duress in our daily lives. Sitting in the same positions for extended periods of time causes pain and discomfort to neck, shoulder, and back. What we see as bad circulation, the Shaolin Tradition sees as a stagnation in energy flow to these parts of the body.
This incredible program was designed specifically to help improve your golf game by Grandmaster Shi Yan Xu who combines breathing, meditation, and Qigong to help you channel healing energy to your body.
