Welcome

"Welcome to,

Everyone ready,

To exercise,

Their energy"

The Ba Duan Jing Movement (aka 8 Duan Jing).

Here begins your Qigong journey.

Through out Chinese history, the Shaolin monks and the Imperial royal court members were the only citizens who were able to access the Qigong moves that you will learn through out your courses. Two movements were taught to the common citizen of China as an introduction to Qigong and one of those movements was : Ba Duan Jing (aka 8 Duan Jing).

Master Shi Yan Xu recommends that you spend a week before you begin your courses to learn the Ba Duan Jing as the movement is a basic set, taught for the purposes of opening up your meridian channels so that you can get more out of your Qigong journey when you begin your course work.

Students of Qigong have spent most of their Qigong studies practicing BaDuanJing, we ask that you learn it for at least a week and continue to practice the movement steadily throughout your Qigong lifestyle.

As you progress on your Qigong journey, the movement will teach you new things about your body at each level ascended. Once you have practiced BaDuanJing for at least a week, you will be at a good starting point to begin your Qigong Wellness course.

As you begin studying BaDuanJing, note the following:

Learn the initial Shaolin principles underpinning Qigong.

Learn the initial four breathing techniques.

Learn the starting stance "Hun Yuan Qigong".
