Each movement in the Wellness Masterclass is designed to help relieve neck, shoulder, muscle, and back pain. It will also improve your circulation and flexibility, which are essential to health and wellness.

As Grandmaster Shi Yanxu demonstrates each lesson, he teaches you the importance of breath work, too. If you can commit approximately 20 minutes a day for 21 days, you will be well on the road to feeling better, having more energy, and relieving stress and pain.
