New Qi Enhances Healing

The ancient art and science of Qigong enhances our own capacity to heal our bodies. For more than 1,500 years, Shaolin monks have used the movements of Qigong to stay healthy and mindful. This is the first time this series has been shown to the West. These movements were specifically designed by Grandmaster Shi Yanxu to help you look and feel younger, relieve stress, pain, and anxiety, and to put you on a path to wellness.

Thinking in terms of how we experience energy today, Qi is still commonly understood as an end state, which is a state of wellness. When we are in optimal physical and mental health, we feel energetic yet calm. When we are depressed and weighed down by stress at work, we feel pain and stiffness in our necks, shoulders, and backs. Often, this symptom-based view of health always precipitates a quick pharmaceutical fix, whether it be ibuprofen, antacids, or other medications.

The Shaolin Tradition Promotes Healthy Qi

The Masters’ philosophy on health sees Qi (chi) as the driver of our biological cycles. We learned in high-school biology that the body renews and regenerates itself each month. In the Shaolin tradition, Qi travels and nourishes our body throughout this cycle. As life inevitably takes its toll, our meridians experience blockages. In this video series, we will show you how to read these indicators and understand how they relate to your overall well-being.

More importantly, this series extracts the essence of the Shaolin discipline so that we can heal ourselves. By combining the physical craft of Wu Shu (Martial Arts) with the mental practice of Zen Buddhist Meditation, Qigong, translated by each Chinese character, is “Energy Practice.” Now, for the first time, you can access the wisdom of Qigong and the Shaolin monks. We’ll show you how to recharge and modulate your Qi, observe your energy levels, and eventually, improve your overall health.

You won’t believe the difference just 20-plus minutes a day can make if you commit to taking on this challenge for 21 days. The Wellness Masterclass consists of 5 classes, each with 12 lessons. Surrounding these core lessons are Qigong basic fundamentals, Shaolin philosophy and an invitation to our live-online Qigong group workshops. You are able to keep access to your course as long as you are registered and enrolled.

Relieve Your Aches and Pains

If you want to look and feel better, get more flexible, and relieve the aches and pain of aging, this masterclass is right for you.

Each movement in the Wellness Masterclass is designed to help relieve neck, shoulder, muscle, and back pain. It will also improve your circulation and flexibility, which are essential to health and wellness.

As Grandmaster Shi Yanxu demonstrates each lesson, he teaches you the importance of breath work, too. If you can commit approximately 20 minutes a day for 21 days, you will be well on the road to feeling better, having more energy, and relieving stress and pain.

What You'll Get

As we age, we lose muscle mass and flexibility, our immune systems can break down, and we just don’t have the energy we used to have. Combining breath work and the essential secrets of Shaolin’s and Qigong’s healing movements, this package of classes will concentrate on the moves that keep your body healthy, boost your immune system, relieve pain, and improve circulation throughout the body.

In this masterclass, which includes 5 distinct wellness classes, the program has a total of 60 distinct movements. You’ll need to commit 20-plus minutes a day for this program and will have access to the program as long as you are registered and enrolled in the class.
