Each movement is demonstrated by Grand Master Shi Yanxu and guided with clear instruction, emphasizing safety, awareness, and natural coordination rather than force or extreme stretching.
With 5–15 minutes of daily practice over 21 days, you’ll gradually experience improved posture, greater ease of movement, and renewed support in the back and lower spine.
